Policy and procedure review
A process people can understand, trust and actually use.
If conflict keeps surfacing with different people, the system is part of the problem. We review your grievance, complaints and conflict policies so staff know how to raise a concern, managers know how to respond, and nobody has to guess.
Scoped at $290 an hour, then a fixed price before any review work starts.

Worth a review if
It might be time if...
- Your grievance policy came from a template and hasn't been used since.
- Managers handle complaints differently depending on who they are.
- Staff don't raise concerns until they're already serious.
- The same kind of conflict keeps coming back with different people.
- You're not sure your process helps you manage psychosocial risks.
- A complaint went badly and you want to understand why.
Choosing the right process
A policy, or a process?
This is
A policy
Says what should happen when someone raises a concern.
This is
A process
Is what actually happens when someone raises a concern on a busy Tuesday afternoon.
We look at both. A good policy that nobody follows doesn't protect anyone.

Questions
Policy and procedure review: common questions.
Will the policy be legally compliant?
We'll write a clear, practical process that reflects good practice. We don't give legal advice, so if you need a legal compliance sign-off, have your employment lawyer check the final version.
How long does a review take?
It depends on how many documents are involved and how they're used. You'll get a timeframe with the fixed quote.
Can you write a policy from scratch?
Yes, if you don't have one or it's beyond repair. It's scoped and priced the same way.
Can you train our managers?
A walkthrough with your managers is included. If you'd like more formal training, raise it during scoping and we'll talk about what would help.
