Do prices include GST?
No. All prices on this site exclude GST.
Is there a retainer or minimum spend?
No. You pay for the work you book, when you book it. There are no lock-in contracts.
What if more than two people are involved?
Many mediations involve three, four or a whole team. We quote those, because complexity varies, but as a guide allow about $700 for each extra participant.
Who pays for the mediation?
Usually the business. Business partners sometimes split it. We'll confirm who is paying when we book, and it doesn't change the mediator's job: a fair process for everyone.
What if we need more than one session?
Some matters do. We'll tell you before booking a second session, and it's charged at the same published prices.
Why do you publish prices?
Because you should know what it costs before you call. It also means nobody involved has to wonder what the business is spending, or why.
