Advisers and referrers
Somewhere neutral to send a matter, without losing the client.
Accountants, lawyers, EAPs and HR consultants often can't mediate a dispute they've advised on. Refer it to us. We run the process, share only what everyone involved agrees we can, and the advice relationship stays with you.

For referrers
A neutral you can send clients to.

When advisers refer
You might be here because...
- You've advised one side, so you can't be the neutral.
- A client's partnership is in trouble, and it's affecting the business you look after.
- An employer has asked you for a mediator and you don't have one you trust.
- You want the matter kept practical and proportionate.
- Your EAP or HR contract doesn't cover mediation.

Questions
Common questions.
Will you advise my client?
No. We run the process. Advice stays with you, and we'll point your client back to you for anything outside the mediation.
What will you share with me?
Only what both people agree we can share, usually that the matter has been completed and any agreed points they're happy for you to see.
Can you work alongside my client's lawyer?
Yes. Where money, shares or an exit are involved, we encourage it.
Is this legal advice?
No. We don't give legal advice and we're not a law firm. If your situation needs a lawyer, we'll say so on the triage call, and we're happy to work alongside yours.
Refer a matter
Send us the basics. We'll take it from there.
No names needed yet. We check for conflicts of interest first, then contact you or your client, whichever you prefer. Your client pays the published price, so there are no surprises for anyone.
