Three ways to start
Tell us what's happening, in your own words.
The Conflict Services AI Concierge asks what an experienced mediator would ask: your role, who's involved, what you need. Then we match you with the right person on our panel.
The AI Concierge is an AI assistant. It asks questions and takes notes for our team. It doesn't give advice or decide anything, and you can ask for a person at any time. The transcript goes to our team so they can match a practitioner. Prices ex GST. How we handle your information.
- 1Talk it through with the AI Concierge, by voice or online chat. It takes about ten minutes.
- 2We match you with the right person on our panel and check for conflicts of interest.
- 3We reply within two business days with who that is, how it would run and the fee.
Before you book
Good to know.
Is it confidential?
Yes. What's said in mediation stays in the room, within the usual limits, such as a serious risk to someone's safety. We explain those limits to everyone before we start.
Is this legal advice?
No. We don't give legal advice and we're not a law firm. If your situation needs a lawyer, we'll say so after triage, and we're happy to work alongside yours.
What if the other person won't take part?
Mediation is voluntary, so nobody can be made to attend. Tell us on the triage call. When we come back to you, we can suggest how to invite them, and what else you can do if they say no.
