About the Event
All types of organisations face unique challenges and opportunities. This workshop focuses on different conflict resolution models and personal styles to resolve disputes, applicable to unique, complex conflict situations in the workplace. Shiv gives insight to the negotiation skills and strategies required to effectively communicate with members in the team. In addition, behavioural economics and the NUDGE theory are discussed to effectively find solutions to systemic issue you may be facing.
